Meet Mrs. Heintz

Growth Mindset Bulletin Board: Scholastic: 9781338236255: Amazon ...
I have taught in the Bruce District for 29 years with most of my experience at the fourth grade level. My current position involves providing instructional support to students in addition to their core curriculum in reading. If your child attends one of my classes during the day, he/she may refer to me as their "intervention teacher" while staff may sometimes refer to me as a "Title One" teacher.

This new job position allows me to teach reading and work with students across many grade levels, which I really enjoy doing. Having a positive mindset is very important for all learners and something I stress with all my students.  My classes offer a safe place to make mistakes which are necessary for personal and academic growth.

This year will be especially challenging with health and safety a top concern for our students and their families. Academics will come second, but remain very important.

Please contact me anytime at (715) 868-2598 ext 289 if you have any questions or concerns about your child's progress in my class.
