Fitness For Life
This class will be offered for a semester for Freshman level students opposite Health. This class will be part classroom and part activity/labs. We will be using the Fitness For Life Text to learn about the world of Physical Fitness. Students will get a large variety of information from what is out their for jobs in the fitness world to goal setting and planning a program for themselves to stay healthy. It will also include topics of Flexibiltiy, Muscular Strength and Endurance, Injury Prevention and Nutrition. Students will discus a lot helpful information and be offered a lot of resources that will hopefully be helpful for them as they move on in their life in trying to maintain a Healthy Lifestyle.
